If you’re used to other cruise lines, you’re probably waiting for the "Beverage Package" sales pitch. Here’s the best kept secret: Disney Cruise Line (DCL) doesn’t have a traditional unlimited drink package. Why? Because they already include so much for free!

From self-serve soda stations to bringing your own stash on board, here is everything you need to know to stay hydrated (and caffeinated) while you sail.
1. The "Free Flow" Favorites: What’s Included
Unlike most lines where a Coke will set you back $4, Disney keeps the fountains flowing. The following are included in your cruise fare:
• Soda/Soft Drinks: Coca-Cola products are free at the 24/7 self-serve beverage stations on the pool deck and in all main dining rooms.
• Coffee & Tea: Standard drip coffee and a wide variety of teas are always available at the beverage stations and with your meals.
• Sports Drinks & Juices: You’ll find Powerade at the beverage stations, and a selection of fruit juices (orange, apple, grapefruit) are served at breakfast.
• Milk & Hot Cocoa: Perfect for those late-night cookies!
Pro Tip: While soda is free at the fountain, it is not free if you order it at a bar or through room service (where it usually comes in a can). If you want a free Sprite for the movie theater, grab it from the pool deck station first!
2. BYOB: The "Carry-On" Policy
Disney has one of the most generous alcohol policies at sea. Every adult (21+) is allowed to bring their own alcohol on board at the beginning of the cruise AND at every port of call.
• The Allowance: Each adult can bring 2 bottles of wine or champagne (750ml or less) OR 6 cans/bottles of beer (12oz or less).
• The Golden Rule: You must pack this in your carry-on luggage. If you put it in your checked bags, security will remove it.
• Where to Drink It: You can enjoy your personal stash in your stateroom for free. If you want to bring your own bottle of wine to dinner, there is a $29 corkage fee.
3. For the Enthusiasts: Beer & Wine Packages
Even though there isn't an "all-you-can-drink" option, DCL offers "Value Packages" to help you save a few dollars.
• The Beer Mug Package: Buy a souvenir glass beer mug (approx. $16–$18). For the rest of the cruise, you can get a 21oz refill for the price of a standard 16oz beer. When you're done, you can trade the mug for a token so you don't have to carry a heavy glass around, then trade the token back for a clean mug at any bar!
• Wine & Dine Packages: You can purchase a 3, 4, 5, or 7-night wine package. You’ll choose from a curated list of "Classic" or "Premium" bottles to be served at dinner. If you don't finish the bottle, your server will cork it and have it ready for you the next night (even if you're in a different restaurant!).

4. The "Drink of the Day"
If you want a fancy cocktail without the "fancy" price tag, keep an eye on the Drink of the Day.
• Every day, the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will feature one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic (mocktail) special.
• These are usually tropical, fun, and significantly cheaper than the regular menu drinks (often around $6–$8). It’s the perfect way to try something new while watching the sunset!
A Final Sip of Advice
Don't forget to pack a refillable water bottle or insulated tumbler! The cups at the soda station are a bit small, and having your own bottle makes it much easier to keep a cold drink with you while you’re lounging by the pool or heading out on an excursion.
